Knightcorp is an insurance business with no interest in looking like one. With a mandate to innovate and the reach to back it up, the team were in the midst of a full brand reinvention, repositioning themselves as a genuinely disruptive force in a market that has long rewarded caution over character.

Alongside this, Knightcorp wanted to reposition their online identity to capably reflect this identity, needing a website that would make the point on first click.

The brief was to build something that felt unmistakably different, an authentic expression of the brand and the people behind it, rather than a sanitised corporate facade. That meant moving away from the visual conventions of the category entirely, and designing an overall experience bold enough to match the ambition of the rebrand itself.

Alongside the creative challenge, the build required a stable and scalable technical foundation. Payload CMS was selected to ensure the platform could evolve as quickly as the business behind it, to give the Knightcorp team the flexibility and control to keep the experience fresh without being held back by their own infrastructure.
