PayTo is a pre-authorisation digital payment service that supports banking transactions for both merchants and consumers.

Conceptualised to increase confidence and improve security around direct debit transactions, the website had to blend informative content with educational communication to create a user-friendly experience that consumers and small businesses could engage with.

The answer was a minimalistic design treatment with intuitive visual iconography that communicated the engagement process between banks, merchants and consumers. The site acted as a resource library for audiences and was packed with use cases, marketing collateral and FAQs to support deeper inquiry as needed.

The award-winning PayTo website continues to play a major role in the digital transformation of the banking industry and sets the standard for effective product communication within Financial Services.
