A functional, release-ready product with the core features needed to test your idea in the real market. Not a wireframe, not a clickable prototype — a working product that real users can interact with. Ideally, it's the core purpose of your app that can validate the product in the market, without the bells and whistles.

Yes. $30k covers the full 4-week engagement. We scope carefully in Week 1 so there are no surprises. If something falls outside the agreed scope, we'll flag it transparently and only proceed with confirmation.

Before any work begins, we agree on a clearly defined scope and set of deliverables together in Week 1. This becomes your acceptance criteria. If we don't deliver against what was agreed, you get a full refund. It's that simple. We're confident in the guarantee because our process is built around clarity upfront. No ambiguity, no moving goalposts.

The Accelerator is designed as a self-contained sprint to get to MVP. If you wish to scale or iterate beyond the first sprint, we can support this too.

We'll need you engaged for key decisions, particularly during Week 1 (strategy) and Week 3 (review & iteration). Expect a session or two per week, not full-time commitment.

No. Each 4-week sprint is a standalone engagement. No retainers, no long-term commitments required.

You own everything. We hand over all code, assets, and documentation. Many clients then continue with us for ongoing iteration, scaling, and support — but there's no obligation to.
