Challenge

Satterley were faced with the dual challenge of requiring a website that could communicate the mission and purpose of the corporate Satterley brand to partners, stakeholders and government groups, whilst providing distinct opportunities for the different communities who all had their own bespoke branding, TOV and look & feel.

Nested Site Architecture

The website would play a central role in the marketing plans of both the corporate brand and the community brands and it was essential that our solution created clear demarcation whilst also ensuring linkage and access for audiences who might wish to browse multiple communities or enter the website through the Satterley brand.

Humaan created a modern, clean corporate website along with 27 individual community sub-sites that allowed for individual customisation including logo, colour palette and specific community feature and amenity information. The community sites were granted secure administration access so they could react to enquiries and publish real-time updates around sales and availability.

Finding Your Place

With such a huge geographical requirement coupled with audiences natural need for locational insight, the map explorer needed to be comprehensive and intuitive. With 27 communities, each containing their unique combination of supporting pages, the community explorer would offer a central location connecting content and location into a seamless and delightful experience.
