Challenge

To support the launch of the brand, PIQUE wanted to create a premium online experience that mirrored the craft, quality and visual aesthetic of the product range. Balancing both form and function was essential, ensuring that audiences could explore the product features whilst discovering opportunities to learn about the sales process and enquire.

Immersive Visual Content

Ensuring that the elegantly shot visual content was central to the overall experience was a key consideration in the UX and design phases of the project. Humaan created an IA that optimised for the entire dimension of the viewport across both desktop and mobile, ensuring that the product was made the hero in order to maximise consideration. Internal features were revealed as the users explored more of the product page with smart animations and transitions guiding them through the journey and into enquiry.

Optimised for Conversion

The visual treatment of the site was balanced with informative content regarding the process for planning and building. Visual devices were created that communicated the production timeline along with the role and responsibilities of each party within the process. Technical information and content was displayed at various points ensuring that audiences could access floor-plans, material specifications and other requirements.

With the conversion point of securing a home made offline, enquiry and the generation of leads was one of the primary goals of the website. Clear CTAs were designed to encourage display village attendance or obtain the services of a dedicated sales professional at PIQUE.
