Inspiring and engaging WA communities
Departing from their previous one-day-a-year offering, Auspire sought to engage the community with content that was as enduring as it was diverse.

A fresh strategy for a wide audience
Armed with Auspire’s reimagined brand and refocused objectives, we assessed how the organisation could better service their target audience through digital. No longer just a hub for Australia Day content, Auspire was now a resource for local councils, schools, community groups and the wider public.

Auspire aimed to be the go-to destination for all online information on civic events, awards, initiatives, programs and workshops. The ideal website would also be a one-stop shop for their ambassador network and users seeking citizenship information.
A revitalised web presence (for all)
Making good on Auspire’s promise of inclusion is an accessibility-first creative strategy and a UX-first approach to design. We laid a strong foundation for this site by harnessing a wealth of content with a logical IA. Within this, clear calls to action encourage user exploration and information discovery.

Easy event promotion
The custom-built events calendar, with snappy search and filter, promotes Auspire’s diverse range of events in an accessible, easily linkable fashion. Engagement and conversion features include intuitive tools for sharing on social media, early registration of interest, and ticket purchasing.

Integrated eCommerce with member benefits
The webshop handles all product display, member discounts, shopping cart management and checkout processing in a fully integrated workflow. We wanted to make it easy for people to purchase directly through the site, encouraging conversions by reducing user friction and offering a streamlined customer experience.

Future-friendly content management
We set up the site on WordPress and WooCommerce, a proven platform combination that enables Auspire’s in-house staff to manage the content and eCommerce store. With such robust and flexible infrastructure, the organisation’s digital presence can continue to evolve alongside their corporate strategy.
